Pricing & quotations
Every space is different. We price each project individually, with the scope and costs set out before work starts.

From domestic alterations to commercial shop fitting, your quotation reflects the work your space needs. We do not publish a standard hourly rate or a one-size-fits-all package.
Send us the project location, a description of the work and your preferred timescale. We’ll discuss the details and whether a site visit is needed before preparing a written quotation or estimate. Any charge for a survey or specialist assessment will be agreed in advance.
Know what is included
Your written proposal sets out the work, specifications, assumptions and exclusions. It explains the cost of labour and any materials, travel, access arrangements or waste removal included in the price.
Items such as consumables, specialist equipment, permits and waste disposal depend on the project. Check the proposal for the allowances that apply to your job.
A quotation is an agreed price for the specified work. An estimate is an informed indication of the likely cost; its basis and any allowances will be explained.
VAT & the total price
We are VAT registered: GB 226 1367 24. Domestic customer quotations show the total payable including applicable VAT. Commercial proposals identify the VAT treatment and total clearly.
The applicable VAT treatment depends on the work. We’ll explain it in your proposal rather than assuming every project is taxed in the same way.
Deposits & payments
The deposit, any staged payments and the balance due will be stated in your written proposal before you accept. Payment instructions are supplied with the proposal or invoice.
Prices are normally valid for 30 days, unless your proposal gives a different validity period. A quotation alone does not reserve a start date; the programme and booking arrangements are agreed with you.
Changes agreed with you
If the scope changes or unexpected conditions affect the work, we’ll discuss the options and agree the cost and timing before additional work goes ahead. Please tell us about changes you want as early as possible.
